FANTASY FOOTBALL WEEK 7. IT PROMISES TO BE A LUCKY ONE FOR SOMEONE.

As we approach the midpoint of the season, surprises abound. Let’s take position by position, at quarterback, Peyton Manning is having a great year but nothing like his record breaking last season. Andrew Luck has been a fantasy star this year, the third year leader is leading the league in several categories. Drew Brees is having an off-year so far, burdened by his own teams mediocre season.

Running back is a position where we have seen the Dallas running back, Murray have a break out season. Arian Foster of Houston is having a great comeback year. L. McCoy and Matt Forte had slow starts and their respective owners are hoping for a better weeks as we go forward. Charles of Kansas City has been hampered by injuries, and let’s face it, last year would be hard to repeat. Then there is the sad story of A.P. and his legal problems. One wonders if he shall play again.

Wide receiver, is a position where there is only one megatron and Calvin Johnson has seen a horrific year for him as he has been slowed by a high ankle sprain. Green Bay’s wideouts have begun to heat up with Jordy Nelson having a great season. Except for his last game Maclin of the Eagles has had a great comeback season returning from an ACL injury to lead the Eagle wide receivers.

Next week let’s talk about the surprise stars and some new rookie stars for the NFL. Well, good luck and good day!
